How I cured my sinus infections

DISCLAIMER:This blog is for informational purposes only, not to prescribe or treat your sinus infection. I am not a health care worker of any kind- just a person who found a way to cure my sinus infections.

Several years ago, I became plagued by sinus infections. If you are reading this, you don't need me to describe the pain and discouragement I went through.

Each round of antibiotics I went through was more expensive than the last. A week into treatment, I would start to feel relief; in ten days or so the meds were gone and three days later my symptoms were back.

I asked the elders of my church to pray with me as instructed in James 5:14: "Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord."

I did not experience a miraculous healing that night, but I believe that my prayer was answered when a few days later I was going through some old books and found an herbal medicine book that gave the recipe I share below.

Please note that this is not for the faint of heart. But when you are desperate, ... well, you know.

"Press one raw garlic clove and put in a small bowl with a Tablespoon of clean water. Mash the garlic with a spoon to release as much of the juice as possible. Filter the resulting mash through a coffee filter or cheesecloth into an eyedropper bottle."

"Warm the solution by placing the bottle against your skin or in a bowl of warm water."

I lay back on a sofa or chair, and had handy plenty of tissues or a good clean hanky. I dropped a dropperful of the solution in each nostril, and laid back. I was glad I had a table nearby to set the bottle down.

It felt like my head was exploding in a red fireball for about 30 seconds!! My eyes ran with tears as the burning sensation seemed to spread through my face. But after about 10 minutes, I felt better than I had felt in months.

In 3 days, my infection was gone, but I continued treatment twice a day for five days, just to be sure.

I had a sinus infection next year, and did the same treatment and it worked just as well. It has now been several years since I had any sinus infection at all.
